- 56g unsalted butter, it should not be melted
- 50g light brown sugar
- 70g all-purpose flour
- 60g rolled oats
- 2 large apple small chunks and it should be peeled
- 280g all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon ginger
- ¼ tablespoon cloves
- ¼ tablespoon nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 113g unsalted butter, it should be at room temperature, remember it
- 100g white sugar
- 100g light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
- 240g pumpkin puree, it should not be pie filling type
